I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is great as it’s close to fantastic restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, but I encountered some issues with the service speed. The room was clean but not especially comfortable due to noise and heat. Lastly, the dining was decent but didn't fully meet my expectations for a 5-star establishment.
